Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Duplication.ca recognize that musicians are getting hit hard with cancelled gigs and delayed tours. We're working to make sure your orders arrive in a timely fashion so you'll be able to sell your cassettes, CDs, and vinyl online until it's safe to hit the road again. First things first: Duplication.ca is still in full production. Our offices in Montreal and Toronto are open during their regular business hours and we're accepting new orders. We are however short staffed, so you may see a small delay in the turntime of your order. We ask for you to be patient with us as we're working as hard as we can to get your music out of the warehouse and shipped to your door. If you wish to request an update please message us over the live chat or send us an email. Our phone lines have been a bit congested, so don't fret if we don't answer, just try again or message us online. We request that you inform us before arriving if you wish to pick up your order from our offices.
The Dupe Shop, Toronto's cassette boutique, has been temporarily closed due to the pandemic, but any orders placed through the Dupe Shop are still in production and will be shipped. The online website is still active and shipping, so go ahead and browse our awesome vaporwave selection. We'll let you know the moment the Dupe Shop is back open!
We know this has been a tough time both mentally and economically, and we'd like to do everything we can to help. For the next week we're offering a 10% discount at the online store using the code SUPPORTMUSICIANS.* That way if you thought you'd take this quarantined opportunity to start home duplicating tapes DIY style you can do it on the cheap. We have a huge selection of blank cassette colours (high-bias tapes too!), Norelco cases, and inkjet printable J-Cards and labels for you to record and release your cassettes while social distancing. Polysleeves, innersleeves, and even our heavy duty 12" chipboard jackets are back in stock. Find some old gems you haven't listened to in forever and keep them in pristine condition!
