Free CD Pit Art Engraving With Your Orders

When it comes to disc printing, Duplication.ca has the game on lock. We supply gorgeous silkscreen print, with a range of 1 to 4 colours or full CMYK print so your artwork will pop right off the CD. But what about the underside of the disc? Now we can engrave text or logo “pit art” on the bottom of your CD, and there will be no extra charge until the end of 2022!

Pit art is printed on the bottom of the disc where there’s no written audio or data. You may have noticed when a CD is pressed or burned the data is visible on the bottom of the disc, it’s the lighter coloured inner-ring starting from the hub. The empty space (the darker colour) is the free space for which you can add text or logo artwork. The shorter your album, the more free space you’ll have. If your album is at the maximum time length, you will have no space for pit art. The Cappadonna & Stu Bangas album pictured above is 40 minutes.

All you have to do to receive free pit artwork is order professionally pressed CDs using Gold or Vinyl discs. These high-quality discs differ from the standard silver CDs in presentation but still have the same level of quality and reliable playback that you expect from Duplication.ca! Gold discs have a golden underside, while Vinyl discs have black textured ridges on the top, emulating a vinyl record while still maintaining compatibility with silkscreen print. Add either of these to your order, send us BMP artwork for the pit art and you’re set!
