• Answering phone calls and addressing questions, giving order status updates, or forwarding calls to the proper department
• Greeting customers and retrieving orders for pick-up
• Collecting payments from clients
• Filing and organization
• General office help
Applicants must have basic computer knowledge and must be bilingual in spoken English and French.
