Cardboard DVD & Blu-Ray wallets are an awesome alternative to plastic cases!

In the past year we have seen shipment container costs increase the price of standard DVD cases. As such, the techs at Duplication.ca took the opportunity to develop a new way to package DVDs that didn’t involved the shipment of plastics. We thought, why not apply the design of our printed 4-panel CD wallets to DVD and Blu-Ray?

Printed DVD/BD wallets are now available from Duplication.ca! The design, durability, and space of 4-panel wallets but with the height to match your DVD collection. 4-Panel DVD/BD wallets open up like a book, revealing a ton of space for artwork and text. The standard 1 Pocket design has a slot for you to insert your disc or booklet. 2 Pocket designs are available for double-disc sets.

4-Panel Wallets are printed on thick 15pt board and upgradeable to 20pt board by request. We use digital and offset press depending on the quantity, though if you’d like offset press for a small run just let us know in the ‘Notes’ section of your order, we’ll be happy to accommodate. The standard coating is AQ gloss, deterring smudges and thumbprints when handled. Like our CD wallets we can also provide matte AQ, reverse board, spot UV, or soft touch coating upon request!
