The COVID-19 pandemic has had an immediate global impact on the music and arts community. Our thoughts are with all our friends and customers who were forced to cancel their tours, have lost their jobs, and are confined to their homes. In this time of uncertainty we wish to give you a status update on Duplication.ca.
Duplication.ca is still open for production, we are shipping out orders and accepting new quotes. Needless to say, we are working with a reduced staff, and thus our production line is moving slower than usual. We ask you to be patient during this time, and trust us that we're doing everything we can to get your music shipped to your door while ensuring safety to our employees and the public.
If you're in need of merch for your online sales but can't spare the longer turnaround time, we suggest ordering from the online store and duplicating your album at home. This requires fewer production steps on our part, so we can ship out your items quicker than with full duplication packages. We have blank cassettes, CDs, print, packaging, and everything else you need to home duplicate and assemble while staying at home.
While we all may be physically distanced from one another, the music scene is a supportive and LOUD community. Let us know what you're working on via Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
