OPTIMAL has a long standing collaboration with Elemental in the development and production of their first roadcar, the RP1. Starting with the initial prototypes production, till the recent first customer´s cars delivery. OPTIMAL produces all the composite components for the Elemental RP1, covering the chassis and the upper and lower bodywork.
Elemental is on the path to "redefining the sports for road and track" and OPTIMAL is engaged in supporting them.

OPTIMAL will participate in the H2020 project ReMAP - Real-time Condition-based Maintenance for Adaptive Aircraft Maintenance Planning, recently approved by the European Commission.
ReMAP aims at radically transforming the aircraft maintenance paradigm, bringing a significant increase in safety and economic gains.
ReMAP's consortium, led by TUDelft, brings together 13 partners from 7 countries, including major names in aeronautics industry such as KLM, Embraer Portugal and ONERA.
