I'll be co-hosting with Mark Rashap, a Certified Wine Educator and host of KOOP radio's Another Bottle Down. Our next class is now live! SRSLY Chocolate will be taking over our Domain space to show us how to make chocolate from the bean. Then, Tessa will take the stage to demo her chocolate-making process, using SRSLY Chocolate in her signature Single Origin ganache.
