SUN Global Gathering: Nourishing people and planet together
The Scaling Up Nutrition Movement Global Gathering 2019 "Nourishing people and planet together" will take place November 4–7 in Kathmandu, Nepal. It will convene members and partners of the SUN Movement to take stock of progress and challenges, share innovations, and learn what is helping to reduce malnutrition across all SUN Countries.
Using Malawi’s Community-Based Childcare Centers to Implement an Agriculture and Nutrition Intervention
On November 6, a policy seminar in Washington, D.C. will explore the findings of a rigorous evaluation on the impact, sustainability, costs, and returns on investment of an initiative to implement an integrated agriculture and nutrition behavior change intervention through community-based early childhood development centers in Malawi. The event is co-organized by IFPRI, the University of Washington-led SEEMS nutrition project, and the CGIAR Research Program on Agriculture for Nutrition and Health (A4NH).
