Researchers Embark on $6.25M DoD MURI Project 

ADVANCE Professor of Computing Dana Randall has seen new, unexpected actions arise from groupings of small, simple robots. But, could these emergent behaviors be predictable? And, could they ultimately lead to new applications in computing? To find out, Randall and a small group of colleagues have embarked on a five-year $6.25 million initiative.
