Advancing Computing Efficiency 

The U.S. intelligence community may soon have a faster and more efficient way of analyzing and storing complex data thanks to a new $15.8 million research award. School of CS Chair Vivek Sarkar is leading the initiative to develop new designs that can execute large-scale data-analytic applications more than a hundred times more efficiently than current designs.
