Dear Friend,
Today you will no doubt see many appeals from non-profits asking for your financial support. This year especially, I would ask you to prayerfully consider how you might support them. This has been a particularly difficult year for ministries and organizations that are donor-supported — frankly, it's been a difficult year for all of us. But God is good, and his blessings are still abundant in Christ.
Thanks be to God, CBMW has been able to continue our mission of advocating for biblical truth and Christian fidelity in the oft-contested issues of gender, sexuality, marriage, and anthropology. The global pandemic may have shut down much of the world in 2020, but harmful ideologies were still on the move. That's why we aren't quitting. Even though we had to cancel many in-person events this year, we were still able to release our most ambitious issue of Eikon to date, and we are already making plans for 2021.
While the days and months ahead hold many uncertainties, we serve a sovereign God who is surprised by nothing. And thankfully, he has revealed in his word everything we need for life and godliness, which is our sure and steady foundation under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Lord willing, CBMW will continue to stand for the truth in the coming days, and we will seek to equip the church to do the same — come what may. We invite you to stand with us.
