Prosecuted for selling cardboard for HK$1: Hong Kong’s working elderly: 75-year-old Grandma Chu was surrounded by six public hygiene officers after she accepted HK$1 from a domestic worker for a piece of cardboard she had collected. She was then charged for unlicensed hawking... Days after HKFP's story, the government dropped the charges against her.
