Chief Operating Office Appointed

 Panoramic Resources Limited (“Panoramic” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise that Boyd Timler has joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Boyd has 35 years of experience in mining at both senior executive and operator level in both open pit and underground mines.

Boyd was most recently CEO and Managing Director of Medusa Mining Limited and prior to that he was COO of Beadell Resources Limited. Between 2005 and 2013, he held senior operations management roles with Barrick Gold Corporation in Africa and Australia with extensive experience in underground mining and processing operations. Prior to that he held senior roles with Placer Dome Limited, Kinross Gold Corporation, TVX Gold Inc. and Royal Oak Mines.

Boyd has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University Alberta, Edmonton, Canada.

Commenting on this appointment, Panoramic’s Managing Director, Peter Harold, said “We are pleased to have a person of Boyd’s experience join the Company in this senior role to oversee the current operations at Savannah and ensure the successful development of the Savannah North orebody. Boyd consulted to the Company late in 2018 when the Savannah Project was in pre-commissioning and has a good working knowledge of the asset.”
