Trading Halt
Panoramic Resources Limited (Panoramic or the Company) has entered into a voluntary trading halt on its securities pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising.
The Company has requested that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 8 March 2019, or when an announcement on the capital raising is released to the market.
Savannah Operations Update
Panoramic has provided an operational update on the progress of the ramp up of production from the Savannah nickel-copper-cobalt Project and advises of the amendments made and agreed with Macquarie Bank Limited (“MBL”) to the Savannah Facility Agreement (“SFA”).
