Dill here! I am the most important part of the YAGM Cambodia team, the unofficial emotional support dog and rat killer! Can you believe I flew on two planes for like a million hours? Separated from my mom! Me neither! But yeah, I like this new city—it’s so full of smells and things to hunt! It was a bit stressful at first but now I have several dog and human friends in my neighborhood.
I love when the YAGM stay at my house. They pet me and take me on walks and I sometimes cuddle with them.
Mom has taken me on a couple trips with her. The first time I went to Kampot I fell in the river three times, but I learned my lesson and didn’t fall in at all on our second visit. In Krous I met this giant thing Mom says is cow—I tried to be friendly, but it was just way too big, so now I hate all cows on principle. Siem Reap was the most boring trip, I mostly stayed in our hotel while Mom and the YAGM went to places without me. Very rude of them!
I spend most of my time supervising my mom, making sure she concentrates on her work by sitting on her lap. My favorite thing to do is walk by Independence Monument where I get to roll in the grass.
