The PBS KIDS Social Media Team is looking for people to help us celebrate Native American Heritage Month on the PBS KIDS & PBS Teachers' social channels! To participate please send a vertical photo of your child (or a child you know/have permission to photograph) holding their favorite children's book by an Indigenous author of featuring an Indigenous character with a few words from you or the child about why they love that book! Please include the child's name and age with all submissions. 

The final photos may be used in an Instagram story and the books may be used to create a children’s booklist on PBS.org/parents. Please send all photos and quotes or questions to Allie Toomey: (altoomey@pbs.org

"Break! (In Case of Emergency)" is a 30-minute documentary premiering on Thursday, Oct. 1  at 7:30 pm. The program will be discussing the challenges we all face in participating in the digital world, with tips and tricks for spotting misinformation, finding trustworthy sources, and best practices for sharing and commenting on news and other topics. More >>

Arizona PBS is providing thoughtful debates to provide Arizona voters credible information as they cast their ballots. The debates will take place at the Arizona PBS studios in Phoenix throughout October, including a debate between Martha McSally and Mark Kelly on Oct. 6. More >>
