Chairman, Brian Phillips to retire at
2019 AGM

Panoramic Resources Limited (“Panoramic” or the “Company”) wishes to advise that today it received formal notification from the Company’s long serving Non-Executive Chairman, Mr Brian Phillips, that he would not be standing for re-election as a director of the Company at the upcoming 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held on Wednesday, 20 November 2019.

Brian has informed the Company that he wishes to reduce his business and corporate commitments in order to spend more time with his family.

Brian joined the Company as a Non-Executive Director on 27 March 2007 and was appointed Non-Executive Chairman on 17 November 2011. Over a 12 year-period as director and then as Chairman, Brian over saw the Company becoming a successful major Australian nickel-copper-cobalt sulphide producer and was instrumental in the diversification of the Company into other commodities, namely gold and platinum group metals (PGMs). During the downturn in the nickel sector in 2015 and 2016, which was a difficult time for the Company, his leadership and guidance was invaluable.

The Board and the Company’s employees would like to thank Brian for his loyal and long serving contribution to the Company’s success and wish him well in the future.
