The Dirty Details

Happy New Year to everyone out there!
If this is the first time you've heard from me in awhile you are not hallucinating! Covid has been hard on alot of communities, but it's been really rough on performers and theater makers. I've been making things here and there, participating in shows when possible online and in person and resting and regrouping. One of my projects is getting in touch with all of you! So here's my first email to you, my community, of the new year! There's some happenings to catch up on that I'm super proud of!
As shows sputtered to life in New York and the USA, I came back to many of the weekly shows that stopped two years ago. I've been at New York, New York at Sony Hall with Susanne Bartsch, The Slipper Room, and Bathtub Gin among other shows. In July, I headlined my first burlesque festival since the lockdown started! Colorado Burlesque Festival in Denver was a great start to performing live theater again. We had the first live New York Burlesque festival in September. In October, I performed at the Great Star Theater in San Francisco with Blunderland. Also in October I had the pleasure of performing in Dita VonTeese's Cinematic Event that came into living rooms all over the world. In November I hosted Torture Garden Show at the Globe Theater in Los Angeles. I joined the cast of Speakeasy Burlesque in Times Square last year and then celebrated the New Year in a quiet way due to the new covid variant on the scene!
