Propel X TNT = 60 Person Party!

It was Edmonton’s turn to rock the house with a raucous crowd.
After catching the Propel Showcase co-hosted by TNT’s own Brandon Kwong, we enjoyed a 60-person party at Campio.
People were sharing policy ideas for government white papers, forgetting to pay their bills, buying burgers and beers for each other, and throwing back tequila shots!
OG YEG entrepreneurs Rob, Eric, and Ken were swapping stories about the early days of Western Canada’s biggest social networking website and the first time Ken caught site of the what would eventually become Startup Edmonton (Shout out to the Popes!)
Physics professors were serendipitously catching up with their recent graduates-turned-entrepreneurs building an IoT startup while Briggs (the Professor, not the bar) caught up with at least 5 alumni of his MBA course.
20 merry TNTers were still out sharing laughs at 12:05 am while an anonymous donor covered $300 worth of the tab!!
Tim left after midnight to go pack for his trip to Africa – it was that kind of party.
Meanwhile, down in YYC, Briggs (the bar) was host to a hungry startup crowd that included Bessie Box founder Spencer and YEG Transplant Colton, who just got a new job at Ontopical - congrats Colton!
