Here's something interesting: Opioid Movie Extras Needed: We need about 1000 extra's to be in a Wahlberg Foundation film about Opioid recovery. This is the only scheduled New Hampshire day/time location so a firm commitment is necessary. We are looking for ALL ages - kids, mom's/dad's, grandparents, etc. This invitation is open to everyone, so please feel free to tell your friends and family. Currier Art Gallery Launches Program to Support Parents:
The Currier Museum in Manchester is launching a first-of-its-kind arts program to help parents whose children suffer from substance abuse. This appears to be an art therapy type support group (but I may be wrong - so you have to check it out). Read HERE for the full article.

New Syringe Program in Nashua - A partnership in Nashua has produced a Syringe Services Program that will launch February 1, 2018. SSANA(Syringe Services Alliance for the Nashua Area) includes champions from the Nashua Division of Public Health, the Southern NH HIV/AIDS Task Force, Revive Recovery Center, and Rivier University. SSANA seeks volunteers to help deliver services on an outreach basis in Greater Nashua. New York Releases New Documentary on Stimga -
The New York Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services' new documentary, “Reversing the Stigma” highlights the work being done in that state to address substance use disorders. Certified Recovery Support Worker Exam Study Group
Are you getting ready to take the CRSW exam soon? Cool! Safe Harbor Recovery Center will be hosting a CRSW Exam study group hosted by recent test taker and Volunteer & Program Coordinator for Safe Harbor Recovery Center, Angela Whiting.
