Dear Program Operator, 
 
On October 6, 2022, the Community Procurement Unit (CPU) announced that the Form ID: CPU 1 – Code of Conduct (Sample Document) was available in the Download Forms section of the Child Nutrition Information and Payment System (CNIPS) with a translated version, to Spanish, forthcoming.
 
We are pleased to announce that the translated version, to Spanish, is now available and also located in the Download Forms section of the CNIPS.
 
We encourage all Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) agencies to review the resources, as they become available.  If your agency currently has procurement processes in place, we encourage you to review the resources, and incorporate information or processes that may be needed based on local, state, or federal procurement regulations and standards.
 
The resources provided by the CPU are optional and are intended to assist agencies with navigating procurement in the CACFP.
