Ready for planting!
Join us this Saturday, June 11th

Prepared soil at Kosciuszko Park rock garden awaits hundreds of soon-to-be planted native plants.
Thanks to generous donors, Pollinator Pathway Stamford (PPS) successfully raised $3,000, which was matched by Sustainable CT, for our KOSCIUSZKO PARK POLLINATOR GARDEN PROJECT. PPS initiated this project in partnership with the City of Stamford and was the recipient of a Neighborhood Grant. PPS then spearheaded the garden design, scope of work and participation from community volunteers and suppliers. Started in April 2022, the native pollinator garden project will continue monthly through September 2022.
JOIN US on SATURDAY, JUNE 11th, anytime between 10am-2pm. Master Gardener Interns will be on hand to show volunteers how to plant correctly. Meet us at the rock garden by the point to help plant and water hundreds of plants. We need you! Wear long sleeves and long pants. If possible, bring spades and your own drinks and snacks.
