Jenn here! It's been a while since I've written you all. I've been sick this week so Jordan has had to do a LOT on his own to keep the reporting coming to you—he deserves major kudos.
Good news—
He's doing a free-for-all Q&A call tomorrow (Sunday at 7 pm eastern), and you're invited! Ask him about being back in field for the first time, new pipeline protests, Dem primaries and shenanigans, the status of Status Coup... and maybe get some hints about a deeply reported, major investigative piece he has coming out soon.
Also, I want to make sure you don't miss Jordan's stories and original reporting from the past couple of weeks. NO ONE else is reporting like this. That's why this channel, and Status Coup in the future, matter so much.
Stories You Can't Miss:
There's a pipeline protester being STARVED by the U.S. Forest Service. It's shameful— watch that interview here.
From in the field, an oil company is lying to ram a pipeline compressor station in a historic black church community. Watch Jordan's interview with the pastor, here. (NEWS: This pipeline has been temporarily halted!).
There's been more lead contamination found in East Chicago, Indiana. Find that report here.
One of my favorite interviews he did in the field is with John W. Laury. He's descendent of slaves and part of the community dealing with the potential of a pipeline and compressor station through their backyards. As Jordan says, John's voice could put Morgan Freeman out of business! And his story and the history of this community vs. big oil is so important. Watch this interview, here.
There's a lot more where that comes from, so make sure you're subscribed (and hit the bell to receive all notifications) to Jordan's YouTube channel. Check back frequently for new videos (most weekdays) and share, share, share on all your social platforms. We mean it when we say we're being suppressed. We're counting on you to support these incredibly important stories.
Remember to register to grab your spot to the free-for-all Q&A call with Jordan tomorrow. I'll see you there!
P.S. Thank you AGAIN to all who supported Jordan's in-field reporting trip. We couldn't have done it without you. Because of YOU, he was able to shine a light on these stories that no one else is covering.
P.P.S. Jordan has a MAJOR investigative piece that will break soon. Keep an eye out... and I'll let you know more as soon as I can. (I mean it when I say major)
