Welcome to the September 2017 edition of Sajid Javid MP's newsletter
WELCOME
I hope you have had a wonderful summer.

These past few weeks have seen thousands of young people throughout Bromsgrove receiving their GCSE, AS and A-Level results. I’d like to offer my heartfelt congratulations to our students for their hard work and determination – you have a great deal to be proud of.

Whether you’re off to another year of school, college or starting work or university, I wish you the very best of luck in this next step in your education and life. For those who didn’t get the results you quite wanted, remember that your teachers are there to support you and help you.
I welcome the Government’s announcement that a new deal with West Midlands Trains will see nearly £1 billion worth of investment in our West Midlands rail services. This will mean additional services passing through Bromsgrove, with longer trains and more seats for passengers.

Finally, I'm pleased that unemployment in Bromsgrove remains low at 1%. This is encouraging, however there's always more to do.

It's important for me to hear your comments, thoughts, and feedback, so please don't hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards,

Sajid Javid
Member of Parliament for Bromsgrove

I dropped by the Blue Giraffe Nursery to visit Becky Topping. Her new creative workshop, My Little Angel offers classes, workshops and holiday clubs for babies, children and adults with Special Educational Needs, autism and physical disabilities. Keep up the good work Becky!
It was a real pleasure to return to Bilberry Place and see the development completed as well as welcome new homeowners to the area, including some familiar faces I know who have bought there.
