Windermere, Fla. — Today, the Carolina Amesty campaign announced the endorsement of former Ambassador Robin Bernstein, who was appointed by President Donald J. Trump as the United States Ambassador to the Dominican Republic in 2018. Prior to and subsequent to her international appointment, she has served as President and Director of Richard S. Bernstein and Associates, Inc. and Vice President and Director of Rizbur, Inc. in West Palm Beach, Florida. Bernstein’s career in government, business, and humanitarian work has spanned over many decades, including entrepreneurship, insurance, real estate, and disaster relief. She completed her diplomatic assignment to the Dominican Republic in January 2021.

“Carolina is the conservative force we need in the Florida House, and she has my full endorsement for her race in District 45,” said former Ambassador Robin Bernstein. “She is a champion for freedom, safety, and prosperity for all Floridians, and I am confident that her strong values and deep love for America will set her up for success in Tallahassee.”

Amesty earned degrees in undergraduate studies in Political Science and graduate studies in International Relations. She is currently the vice president at Central Christian University and serves as a board member for Chaplains of Florida, American Chaplains, and Central Christian Academy. In addition, Amesty is a businesswoman, educator, and President of Orlando Republican Women Federated. As an American with Venezuelan heritage, she is deeply conscious of the consequences of socialism and will fight tirelessly to combat the radical left and defend free markets for all.

Carolina’s announcement of former Ambassador Bernstein’s endorsement follows announcements of other prominent figures who have endorsed her campaign, including Bertica Cabrera Morris; Rep. Joe Harding, the sponsor of the Parental Rights in Education law; soccer star Aurélien Collin; Sen. Danny Burgess, and Commissioner Joe Mullins.
