TRADING HALT

Panoramic Resources Limited (ASX: PAN, “Company”) has requested and been granted a voluntary trading halt on its securities pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising.

The Company also requested that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 9 December 2019, or when an announcement on the capital raising is released to the market.
