COLUMBUS – State Representative Mark Romanchuk (R-Ontario) announced today that he is endorsing State Senator Troy Balderson (R-Zanesville) for Ohio’s 12th Congressional District. Representative Romanchuk is serving his third term in the Ohio House, representing Ohio’s 2nd House District, which includes all of Richland County.
The following statement can be attributed to Representative Mark Romanchuk:
“I have had the opportunity to hear from many of the candidates in this race for Congress over the past several months and I believe Troy Balderson is the best suited and most qualified candidate to represent Richland County in the United States House of Representatives. As a businessman and a legislator, he understands the needs of all counties of this district, is a man of his word, and has the conservative grit to get things done in Washington. I hope the people of Richland County will support Troy Balderson for Ohio’s 12th Congressional District in May.”
The following statement can be attributed to State Senator Troy Balderson:
“Mark Romanchuk’s extensive experience in business and as a former U.S. official during the Reagan Administration gives him incredible insight into the needs of our state and nation. For thirty years, he has been a small business owner and manufacturer, which is exactly the kind of dedicated, business-oriented leader that we continue to need in elected office. I am incredibly humbled to receive Mark's endorsement and look forward to continue working with him throughout the campaign.”
