Portugal tem falta de pessoas nestas 12 profissões

O relatório do “World Economic Forum” estima que até 2020 sejam extintos cinco milhões de postos de trabalho, apesar de estarem também previstos a criação de dois milhões de empregos.

Em Portugal, o Conselho Empresarial para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável (BCSD) elaborou um questionário a 47 empresas que fazem parte deste grupo e identificou as 12 profissões onde existem mais falta de pessoas no nosso país, dividas por cinco áreas: engenharia tecnológica; comercial, marketing e comunicação de informação; ciências económicas; operações e logística, e automação.

No ramo da engenharia tecnológica, são três as profissões em falta: técnicos de redes, programadores e analistas de sistemas.

Na área comercial, marketing e comunicação existem duas profissões: técnicos de gestão de relacionamento com o cliente (CRM) e e-commerce.

Nas ciências económicas duas profissões: gestores de risco e controllers de gestão.

No âmbito das operações e logística também são duas as profissões: técnicos de operação logística e responsáveis de entreposto logístico.

Por fim na área da automação faltam profissionais em três setores: técnicos de robótica, programadores de máquinas robotizadas (CNC) e programadores de automação.
