I wasn’t actually at the happy hour this week, but let’s all live vicariously through those that were!
We've heard it was action-packed across the Prairies.
Jesse found his way into a candlelit smudge walk as part of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation activities in YXE before grabbing a drink with the Co.Labs executive director and some TNTISIV participants.
Chris Edwards, investor-advisor at Beuvray Ventures, is excited to join the TNT Investment Summit for his first time and was even more pumped to join the YYC crew at Craft.....
....where one entrepreneur reportedly received investment commitments on the spot after sharing an impromptu pitch!
Meanwhile in YEG, Mayoral candidate Oshry stayed late into the night at Campio with TNT Co-founder Tim Lynn, new investor and AEG member Herve, as well as an award winning student entrepreneur, who introduced a friend to the community for the first time.
And we even got to share a beer with the founder of the YEG tech company Mover, sold to Microsoft in 2019, who joined for the first time in a while and let us know that he’s joining the Investment Summit again as an investor!
