BOARD CHANGES

Horizon Gold Limited (ASX Code: HRN) (Horizon or the Company) wishes to advise of the following changes to the Company’s Board:

• Peter Harold has stepped off the Horizon Board as the nominee of majority shareholder, Panoramic Resources Limited (ASX Code: PAN) (“Panoramic”), effective from the conclusion of the Company’s 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 20 November 2019; and
• The new MD/CEO of Panoramic, Victor Rajasooriar, has become Panoramic’s nominee on the Horizon Board, effective from the conclusion of the 2019 AGM.  Victor has also been appointed the Chairman of the Board.
