In Edmonton, Abbas and Tim relived their 18-hour bromance in Doha and even shared photo evidence from Souq Wakif. Tim also explained how he’s testing out the TNT version of ‘Win Ben Stein’s Money.” It’s called ‘Invest Tim Lynn’s Money.’ Abbas was the first taker!
Hillary, who’s pet diagnostic company is now placing product orders, joined with her new colleague Alicia, a former vet tech that also knows a surprisingly large amount about how long pearl divers can hold their breath.
Christian brought down an entire Startup Edmonton crew, including some of their new staff members.
Calgary saw a great group of people showing up for our TNT. Nikhil Bedi with our friends at Innovate Calgary let us know he is going to join Pulsemedica (YEG Summit IV winner) in a few weeks! We had new faces like Andrew MacMillan, hardware engineer turned Patent Agent, focused on tech patents. We had regular faces, like Amos Ben-Zivi, multiple-time investor with TNT, who comes every Thursday after volunteering at the Calgary food bank.
