NEW CFO APPOINTMENT

Panoramic Resources Limited (ASX:PAN, “Panoramic” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael (Mike) Ball as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”).

Mike commenced his employment with Panoramic today and will spend the next six weeks in hand-over consultation with the Company’s retiring CFO and Company Secretary, Mr Trevor Eton, whose last day of employment is Tuesday 28 January 2020. Mike is a chartered accountant (BCom MAICD AGIA) with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, principally within the resources industry. His most recent role was as CFO of gold producer, Gascoyne Resources Limited, between June 2018 and May 2019. Prior to that role, Mike was based in NSW as CFO of successful diversified miner, Alkane Resources Limited, from October 2012 to June 2018.

Panoramic’s Managing Director (“MD”) & CEO, Mr Victor Rajasooriar, will be working closely with Mike and the Savannah General Manager, Mr David Hume, on ensuring a successful ramp-up of mining operations at the new Savannah North nickel-copper-cobalt orebody.

The Panoramic Board welcomes Mike to his new role at Panoramic and looks forward to working with him during this operational change for the Company.

Given the recent successful recruitment of a new MD & CEO with strong operational experience and a new General Manager at Savannah, it has been determined that the additional role of Chief Operating Officer is now redundant. Accordingly, Mr Boyd Timler has left the Company, effective 11 December 2019. Panoramic would like to thank Mr Boyd Timler for his contribution to the Savannah Project re-start and development across to Savannah North and wish him well with his future endeavours.

The Company notes that Morgans Corporate Limited has confirmed that the management changes will not result in any exercise of rights for the purposes of the Underwriting Agreement executed on 5 December 2019 in relation to the Entitlement Offer.
