Chief Financial Officer, Trevor Eton to Retire
Panoramic Resources Limited (“Panoramic” or the “Company”) wishes to advise that the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Mr Trevor Eton, has formally notified that he will be retiring from his position, with his last day of employment to be Tuesday, 28 January 2020.
Trevor joined the Company in January 2003 and was instrumental in the financing, construction and development of the Savannah Project and the acquisition and subsequent development of the Lanfranchi Project, which saw the Company reach a market capitalisation exceeding $1 billion in 2007. Trevor’s leadership, sound knowledge and experience in all areas of corporate finance, treasury, insurance, cost control and equity markets has ensured the Company has steered its way through the challenging period post the GFC.
Trevor’s input and guidance were also critical to securing the financing of the Savannah Project re-start. Trevor’s deep knowledge of the resources industry and strong work ethic made him a corner-stone member of the Panoramic executive team and he will be missed.
The Board and management team sincerely thank Trevor for his loyalty and long serving contribution to the Company’s success over the past 16 years and wishes him well in his retirement.
The Company has begun the process to find, select and recruit a suitable replacement.
