Do me a favor.
One by one, look at the faces in this still image taken from this video.

You can feel their pain right through the computer screen.
As you know, we've been in Flint this past week for the 5th anniversary of the dreadful switch to the corrosive Flint river water that leached lead, copper, and a host of other contaminants that devastated the city.
Flint isn't just some random story in the news. This isn't something that 'ended' years ago. These are people's lives RIGHT NOW.
The video above was captured four days ago as residents stood together to paint a picture of what their lives have become. They spoke of their parents and children and grandparents and neighbors and pets and and and... and they're sick. And dying. Or dead.
Ask any Flint resident if the water is safe and they will unequivocally tell you that it's not.
As resident Tony Palladeno said at the podium, "There's a bullet in our mouths and it's tap water."
That day, we were the only national media there to listen and share with our audience.
YOU did that.
It's because of you that Status Coup was there to capture these important moments.
So THANK YOU, sincerely, from the bottom of our hearts.
It's because of your donations to Status Coup and your support via sustaining memberships that we were there and will stay on this story.
And it isn't just a 'story' at all. As I said, there are no words.
And because we were there this week, we've uncovered some additional explosive information that will help to hold people accountable.
Please, watch this video if you haven't yet.
