Come support the first ever golf outing for Kaydens Korner on Thursday August 1, 2019. This event is in memory of Kayden Mancuso, who was taken too soon from her family and friends at the young age of 7. Through community support it is possible to create change in the family court system, so no other family has to go through this devastation. If you want to participate or sponsor a hole, call your friends, get a group of four, or come by yourself, and we will pair you with other amazing people! Don’t worry if you are not a golfer, this event is for everyone. To register click here.

Nex Level Fitness Client Transformations
|
|
|
This month, Nex Level Fitness had some amazing transformations. Michael, seen below was one of the transformations. He was going through a rough patch until Michelle Bauer, the owner of Nex Level Fitness, helped him find a passion for working out. After college, Michael was caught up in the corporate world and let his unhealthy lifestyle take over his life. Michelle Baurer taught Michael how to live a healthy lifestyle by working out and eating better.
Paula, another client similar to Michael who was struggling to balance corporate life and her personal health goals. After trying countless gyms and feeling the frustration of not seeing results, she found Nex Level Fitness. With the right motivation and support system, she was finally ready to get her groove back and spring into a healthy routine. Without help from Nex Level, Paula would have been on an endless loop of fitness frustration.
Greg, was the next client that Michelle helped. At his annual check up the doctor informed him that if he did not change his lifestyle, he would likely have a heart attack. Through a customized workout plan, Gregg began seeing the results that he knew he could continue throughout his everyday schedule. Today, all three of Michelle's clients continue to push themselves into a healthier life.

Michelle Bauer, Nex Level Fitness on PHL17 Teaching Tabata
Michelle Bauer owner of Nex Level Fitness was featured on PHL17 morning segment teaching the anchors how to break a sweat with Tabata. Michelle talked about the effectiveness of Tabata workouts, which are five times more effective than cardio. Not only does it raise your heart rate, but your metabolism improves immediately. Some Tabata workouts include push-ups, squats, medicine ball slams, and jumping rope. At Nex Level Fitness, Tabata workouts run 45 minutes with 9 tabatas each class. Each exercise lasts 4 minutes. Michelle, a Tabata expert says, “You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. This is one set. You’ll do eight sets of each exercise. We combine extreme cardio and strength training in each interval for a total body workout. With Tabata, HIIT training, you can expect to burn between 500-750 calories in 45 minutes. Even better is the after burn effect where you can continue to burn calories for up to 36-48 hours. Add 3 of these classes per week to your workout schedule for quick fat loss results.”

On Tuesday, June 25, the biggest cannabis community in New York gathered together for an amazing discussion. CannaGather is comprised of 5,000+ industry leaders and newcomers in New Jersey and around the country. Jen was honored as the featured moderator on the panel discussion last Tuesday. The panel of experts included Marc Press, Harry Carpenter, and David Cunic. The panel discussion topic revolved around how to finance a cannabis business in today's economy. This topic is challenging in the cannabis community, but made for a compelling evening for guests, the speakers, and Jen. Each event that CannaGather hosts features a different topic and event format. Each month, there are anywhere from 50-300 events around the country, so if you are interested in joining the community click the link here.
