JUNIOR PROFESSIONALS PROGRAMME
Junior Professional Officers are recruited under bilateral agreements between ISA and donors (Member States and/or sponsoring institutions). It is a requirement under the programme that donors cover all the costs associated with the work and training programme, including the administrative and support costs incurred by ISA. Acknowledging that some countries may not be readily able to cover all associated costs, the Secretariat intentionally designed the programme to allow contributing countries to partner with other donor countries or institutions to satisfy the financial criteria.
